BRONWYN WILKINSON, Director
Originally a nurse and midwife, Bronwyn has more than 25 years experience in managing community based services. In the 1990’s and between 2003 and 2007, Bronwyn worked in senior management positions at the NSW Department of Health. In 2007, Bronwyn left NSW Health to run this private consulting business.

Bronwyn possesses exceptionally well developed managerial skills together with extensive professional knowledge across health and community sectors. She has highly developed communication and solution focused skills, resourceful organisational, coordination, and networking abilities.

Bronwyn has specialised in change management across a range of organisations. Changes have included structural reorganization of the child and family services in Northern Sydney Health, the establishment of strategic and business plans for palliative care services, introducing ComPacks (a new service) into health and community care to foster partnerships across systems that are sustainable and include ongoing evaluation measures.
